We are located Behind Victoria Secret on the waterside.  Once you arrive, please go to the Bayride Check-in Window say your name and your tickets will be ready for you. We always suggest to all of our guests to park in the Bayside garage since it's fairly close to the boats. Park close to the Arena. Walk to Pier 5.

Miami Star Island Cruises is a family-oriented boat tour company that offers sightseeing cruises of Biscayne Bay and the Venetian Islands. The company has a strict no-smoking policy on all of its cruises. However, vaping is allowed on the front and back of the boat, as long as vapers are considerate of the families and children around them.

The company's no-smoking policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all passengers and crew members. Secondhand smoke is a known health hazard, and it can be especially harmful to children and people with respiratory problems.

Passengers who are caught smoking on board a Miami Star Island Cruises boat will be asked to put out the cigarette immediately. There will be no refunds for passengers who are asked to leave for violating the no-smoking policy.

Vaping is allowed on the front and back of the boat, as long as vapers are considerate of the families and children around them. Vapers should avoid vaping in areas where the smoke could drift onto other passengers.

Does the Star Island Boat Tour still depart if it rains?

The answer is yes. We depart in all types of weather, no refunds will issued because of weather unless the United States Coast Guard does not allow Miami Star Island Cruises to operate.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds for missed trips, weather, wind, or style of boat. Only in emergency situations, you can call Miami Star Island Cruises and speak to them about a refund but is not guaranteed. All Sales are final. It is up to Miami Star Island Cruises' discretion to issue a refund.

Does Miami Star Island Cruises have a bar on board?

Yes, Miami Star Island Cruises is the only boat tour company in Bayside Marketplace with an Original Mojito Bar on Board! Each boat has its own cash bar, plus we accept credit cards. We serve a variety of premium drinks, including cocktails, souvenir cups, beer, water, and sodas. And our prices are not inflated!
